Groupe Michelin has received approval to expand its tire plant in the Warmia-Mazury, Poland, region.

The 30 million euro expansion will cover 177 hectares. The plant there produces Kleber , Michelin , BFGoodrich , Taurus and Kormoran brand passenger, medium truck and agricultural tires.

The facility also produces compounds, textile reinforcing and curing molds, and serves as a distribution center.
